The Faculty of Economics Library, which has a history of nearly 70 years, has opened as a new facility. The Learning Commons within the building aims to be a place where visitors can learn from each other and encounter knowledge. Each floor has a different level of quietness, from low to high, and from active to quiet. On the lower floors, conversations such as group study and the use of calculators and PCs are possible. The middle floors have an environment that makes it easy to use electronic materials, and the top floor is a quiet study room that houses 420,000 books for education and research.
