The worldview of a "port town" is developed into a mega plate. An office that promotes communication and increases motivation.
Link and Motivation Inc. was founded in 2000 as a consulting company focused on motivation. With the addition of group companies due to business growth and M&A, we now have 14 consolidated companies and over 1,400 employees (as of December 2017). Currently, we are working on three areas: "Organizational development" for consulting/outsourcing business and event/media business, "personal development" for career development business and cram school business, and "matching" for foreign language instructor assignment business and human resources introduction/dispatch business. We are developing our business in divisions. In May 2017, "LINK PORT GINZA" was established as a Tokyo integrated base with approximately 700 members from group companies, based on the concept of each base across the country as a "SHIP" and the Tokyo integrated base as a "PORT". did.

Group Design Office Manager Mr.Nobuyuki Kawamura
We have always been particular about office design, and in 2001, shortly after our founding, we received the Nikkei New Office Promotion Award from the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry. It is in our DNA to value real communication in real places. For this project, Itoki responded to the difficult theme of revitalizing communication while expressing the worldview of a port town. We also believe that the Design Address initiative can be expanded to other locations in the future.
Comment
For this project, we had Chairman Mr.Ozasa, the top management, speak passionately about the company's background and values, and we were given the opportunity to take on the grand challenge of bringing the new office concept "PORT" to life. We then proceeded with the planning process with the project team led by Mr. Kawamura, without making any compromises regarding the placement or function of each fixture, until everyone was satisfied. For example, through persistent discussions, we came up with ideas such as ``staggering table arrangements in rows,'' which creates chance encounters and dialogue between employees while ensuring efficient flow of people.
After the office was completed and I saw all the employees working energetically, I felt that I had been able to help Link and Motivation start a new journey, even in a small way.
