Since its founding in 1952, Dainichi Consultants Inc. has been involved in social infrastructure development across the country as a general construction consultant, and continues to contribute to the creation of a prosperous national land and society. The company aims to "create a safe and prosperous society" and "become a continuing company with rewarding work." In November 2017, the company opened its new headquarters building, which had been rebuilt after about four years. Based on the office concept of "CONNECT," it is a base that carves out a prosperous future for the region, society, employees, and the organization.

For the exterior of the building, we aimed to create a face that is typical of a civil engineering consultant: simple, sturdy, and strong. The entrance hall from the facade is finished with exposed concrete. By expressing the random concrete wall framework on the exterior, the building expresses a sense of honesty and reliability that is trusted by customers, the local community, and society.

Located in the center of the office area, it serves as the core of interaction, is easily accessible from all directions, and is actively utilized. The floor color is corporate green.

Comment
Employees had a strong desire to deepen their relationships with each other, and Itoki was entrusted with the task of creating a system that would make this possible. We proposed a variety of venues, including formal, frank, and refreshment, with the aim of "revitalizing interaction." Currently, both locations are being actively used, so we believe that we have achieved our original purpose. In addition, when it came to choosing furniture, we collected actual furniture from all manufacturers in our showroom and asked them to consider the comfort and usability of the furniture. These efforts seem to have led to attachment, and I once again realized the necessity of doing so.
