This was our first time working with Itoki, but from the competition stage onwards, they introduced us to their head office and shared their image of the layout, and were sincere in their consideration of our bank's history and its position in the local community. During the design stage, they caused us a lot of trouble by adding various requests at each regular meeting, but they understood our needs well and responded quickly, so we looked forward to seeing what kind of proposals they would come up with each time.

We had a hard time coming up with a suitable location to install the bronze statue of our founder, so the suggestion to install it in the elevator hall was shockingly brilliant. We believe that the renovated entrance hall has improved the image of our bank and has become a friendly, welcoming place where people can easily drop in. We are very glad that we chose Itoki.

At the start, we were considering a soundproof booth, but after seeing the site, our sales representative, Mr. Uemura, commented, "It would be better if you redecorated the interior as well," and the project expanded significantly.

As a designer, the most important point about this project was not to replace everything with new ones, but to make use of the original interior materials, which are now valuable - stone, brick blocks, and custom-made glass blocks - and to create a harmonious, attractive, bright space.

We were able to work with the client to create the entrance space for "NEXT Aoshin" by visualizing the history and future, improving the sound environment and security, and providing detailed support.
