How to unlock a numeric keypad safe

For models with "OP" and "CL" or "OPEN" and "CLOSE" buttons

  • When the “OP” button is pressed after entering the PIN (6 digits), a “beep” sound is heard, but the lever does not move

→The battery capacity is low, so please replace all the batteries on the front of the door with new alkaline batteries.

  • When the “OP” button is pressed after entering the PIN (6 digits), a “beep-beep-beep” error sound is heard.

→Your PIN is incorrect. Please check again to make sure your 6-digit PIN is correct.
There is a possibility that the PIN is not recognized correctly due to a low battery.
If the number is correct, please also try replacing the external battery just to be sure.

  • The number keys aren't making any sound when I press them.

→ Press the "CL" or "CLOSE" button once to lock the door, then enter your PIN (6 digits) + OP button to unlock the door again.
If it still does not respond, try replacing the external battery.

For models with "P" and "#" buttons

  • The safe doesn't open even after entering the PIN (and there's no beeping sound).

→The batteries are running low. Please replace all batteries on the front of the door with new alkaline batteries, and then try entering your PIN again to unlock the door.

If it still doesn't open, try pressing "P#" or "##" to see if it opens.
If the door unlocks by pressing "P#" or "##", your registered PIN has been erased.
Please follow the instructions in the user manual to register a new PIN.

  • The safe doesn't open even after entering the correct PIN (and a continuous beeping sound is heard).

→Do not press the "P" button, but press "PIN number #".
If the sound does not stop after one press, press "PIN number #" several times.

a) If the sound stops but the door does not unlock, the batteries are depleted. Please replace all of the batteries on the front of the door with new alkaline batteries.

b)If the sound does not stop and the door does not unlock, remove all the batteries from the front of the door, wait about 20 seconds, and then reinsert them.
If the sound stops after you reinsert the batteries, press "P#" or "##".
If the lock is unlocked, the registered PIN code has been erased. Please follow the instructions in the instruction manual to register a new PIN code again.

For models with "C" and "#" buttons

  • When you press "C" and the PIN number "#", an error beep will sound.

→Your PIN is incorrect. Please check your PIN again.

  • If you enter the wrong PIN number more than four times, a timer will start and you will be unable to use the device for approximately 15 minutes.

It is possible that the PIN code is no longer being recognised correctly due to battery depletion.
If the number is correct, please also try replacing the external battery just to be sure.

  • When you press the "C" button, the red light turns on, but there's no sound at all when you enter the PIN.

→The timer is working. You will not be able to operate the door for about 15 minutes, so please wait for 15 minutes or more and then try to unlock the door again with the correct PIN code.

  • The red light stays on and it won't open.

→The items inside the safe may have touched the "M" button on the back of the door (the button you press when setting your PIN), causing the "M" button to remain pressed.
The lock can be unlocked by releasing the contained item from the "M" button.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our Customer Service Center (+81-120-164177, Guidance No. 1).

For models with "M" and "*" buttons

  • After pressing the “*” button, a beep-beep-beep-beep warning buzzer sounds and the redlight flashes five times.

→The batteries are depleted, so please replace all the batteries on the front of the door with new alkaline batteries.

  • Click here for precautions when replacing batteries
  • A warning buzzer keeps beeping and the numeric keypad cannot be operated.

→ If you enter the wrong PIN code four or more times, the warning buzzer will sound for 30 seconds. While the buzzer is sounding, no keystrokes will be accepted.
Once the sound stops, please re-enter the correct PIN to unlock.
