Questions regarding creation of duplicate keys and key problems
I lost my key. What should I do?
Duplicate keys can be made from the following links.
Please note that we are unable to make duplicate keys for some products.

Even if I press the PIN number on the numeric keypad safe, it won't open. What should I do?
The approach differs depending on the model.
We will show you some typical methods, so please try them.
<Common>
If you hear a beeping or clicking sound after pressing the PIN, but the lever or knob does not move.
The batteries are exhausted, so please replace all the batteries on the front side of the door with new alkaline batteries.

I can't open the fireproof safe because I don't know the dial number. What should I do?
For safes manufactured after 1991, we may be able to retrieve the initial dial number set at the time of delivery by referencing the LOT number (manufacturing number). (A fee will be charged.)

A sticker with the product code and LOT number is attached to the bottom right corner of the front of the fireproof safe.
*Example of a LOT number:

If you have changed the dial number or do not know the LOT number, we will not be able to check the dial number, and unlocking the safe will require a paid service.

I don't know how to set (turn) the dial on a fireproof safe. What should I do?
The direction and number of turns required for the dial vary by model.
We will guide you through the typical turning methods, so please follow them according to your model.

① Turn the dial clockwise more than 4 times to align the scale of the first dial number with the mark.
*We recommend that you do it as many times as possible, more than 4 times, not just 4 times."

②Next, turn the dial to the left and align it three times with the scale of the second dial number as a mark.
* Pass the mark the first and second time, and line it up perfectly on the third time.

③Next, turn the dial to the right and align it with the mark of the third dial number twice.
* Pass the mark the first time, and align it perfectly the second time.

④Finally, turn the dial to the left until it stops.
*The lock will be unlocked when the dial stops. If it doesn't stop, try again from the beginning.
<Common>
- Depending on the dial number that has been set, the dial number may pass the mark before completing one rotation, but once it passes, it is counted as one time.
- If the scale is even slightly off, the lock will not unlock. Please align it carefully.
If the scale goes too far, don't turn the dial back. Instead, start over from the beginning.

The knob on my combination lock won't turn, what should I do?
If you line up and display the currently set 4-digit PIN code, the knob will turn.
If you do not know your PIN, or if the knob does not work even when you match the PIN you have memorized, use the emergency unlock key to search for your PIN.
The method for searching the number differs depending on the type of combination lock. We will guide you through some of the most common methods, so please try them out.
①Types with “OPEN” and “CLOSE” displayed in the direction of turning the knob

- Insert the emergency unlock key into the knob and turn it in the OPEN direction to open the door.
- Furthermore, with the emergency unlock key inserted, turn it to the ▼ mark located beyond the OPEN mark.
- While keeping the knob turned to the ▼ mark, rotate each of the four dials to their stop positions.
For vertical types: Starting from the top, turn the dials from right to left in order, and they will stop at the set PIN number.
For horizontal types: Starting from the left, turn the dials from top to bottom in order, and they will stop at the set PIN number. - After completing the four dial number searches, return the knob to the CLOSE position and remove the emergency unlock key. If the knob turns to OPEN in this state, the search is successfully completed.
② A type in which the "unlock" and "lock" icons are displayed in each direction as the knob is turned.

- Insert the emergency unlock key into the inner cylinder on the right side of the knob and turn the key to the right until it stops.
- Starting from the right of the four dials, turn the dials from bottom to top in order, and the dials will stop at the set PIN number.
- Put the emergency unlock key back in place and remove it. If the knob turns to the "unlock" position, the search is completed successfully.

The safe alarm won't stop ringing. What should I do?
The type of sound varies depending on the situation.
Models with "OP" and "CL" or "OPEN" and "CLOSE" buttons

[Beep]
If you press the wrong number and OP button more than 4 times, the alarm buzzer will continue to beep.
Pressing the correct 6-digit PIN and the OP button again will stop the sound and unlock the door.
The sound will also stop if you remove the external battery.
Please reinsert the battery and try again with the correct PIN."
[Beep beep beep (short sound)]
When the alarm battery on the back of the door is nearing the end of its life,
the warning beep after locking the cylinder will change to a 'beep beep beep' sound.
Please replace all the batteries behind the door with new ones.

[Pee-co pee-co (loud volume)]
After locking the cylinder and entering the alert state, if the handle is moved or vibration is applied (depending on the model),
the safe will detect an attack (such as picking), and a loud alarm buzzer will continue to sound with a "pee-co pee-co" noise.
The sound will stop when the cylinder lock is unlocked. (The sound will continue unless the cylinder lock is unlocked.)
*For some models manufactured after December 2001 (LOT number 0112xxxx or later), the alarm buzzer will stop approximately 40 minutes after the handle is returned to the horizontal position, and the safe will return to the alert state.
Models with "P" and "#" buttons

[Beep]
If you press the wrong number more than 4 times, the alarm buzzer will continue to beep.
Pressing the correct PIN followed by the # key will stop the sound and unlock the door.
If the sound does not stop immediately, please press "PIN# PIN# PIN#" repeatedly until it does.
If the sound stops but you still can't unlock the door, the batteries may be dead. Please replace all the batteries on the front of the door with new ones.

<Backrest, underside of the seat, legs, armrests>
Wipe the product with a clean cloth dampened with water and wrung out tightly. If the product is very dirty, wipe it with a diluted solution of neutral detergent.
- Please avoid using paint thinners or alcohol as they may cause discoloration.
- When cleaning aluminum materials, wipe off any moisture with a dry cloth. Leaving moisture on the aluminum material may cause rust or discoloration.
<Backrest, seat cushion area>
Dust it off with your hands or use a vacuum cleaner.
If the cushion is very dirty, we recommend replacing it with a new cushion.
- Depending on the model, the cushion may not be replaceable.
If you would like to replace the backrest or seat cushions, please contact us from the following link.
Please tell me how to clean the tabletop surface of tables and similar items.
- If you are concerned about dirt on the top plate surface, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Dark-colored tabletops may show dirt such as fingerprints more easily than multi-colored tabletops, depending on how they are used and the lighting conditions.
"If the dirt is severe, wipe it off with diluted neutral detergent, then wipe with water to remove any remaining detergent, and finally dry with a soft cloth. Some paints may fade, so please test in an inconspicuous area first. - Using alcohol or thinner-based solvents may cause discoloration.

Please advise me on how to choose casters that are suitable for my floor.
We offer three types of casters.
Please choose the one that best suits your floor surface.

- Please choose 'nylon dual-wheel casters' for carpeted floors or 'urethane dual-wheel casters with resistance' for both carpeted and hard floors.
- If you use nylon dual-wheel casters on a hard floor like P tiles, the casters may roll too easily and increase the risk of falling. Please choose either "urethane dual-wheel casters with resistance" or "rubber single-wheel casters."
<Notes>
- If you use nylon dual-wheel casters on a hard floor like P-tile, the casters may roll too much and cause you to fall. Please choose between "urethane double-wheeled casters with resistance" or "rubber single-wheeled casters".
- If nylon dual-wheel casters are used on hard floors, scratches and dents may occur. To protect the floor surface, we recommend using a commercially available protective mat.
- Avoid using casters on soft PVC floors. The plasticizer contained in the soft vinyl chloride flooring may corrode the urethane part of double-wheeled urethane casters with resistance and the rubber of single-wheeled rubber casters, leading to problems such as damage and color transfer. Also, the nylon dual-wheel casters may cause scratches and dents on the floor.
- The urethane part of dual-wheel urethane casters with resistance varies greatly depending on the usage environment, but it naturally deteriorates over time due to hydrolysis. In addition, deterioration is accelerated by the remover used when cleaning the floor wax, so we recommend replacing the casters as soon as possible.
- Casters are consumable items, so we recommend replacing them as soon as possible. Continuing to use them in a deteriorated state may cause damage to the floor surface or other areas.
Please let me know about the warranty period for office furniture.
The warranty period is set as the following number of years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the guidelines of theJapan Office and Institutional Furniture Association (JOIFA).
1 year warranty: Exterior surface finish (discoloration, fading, wear, etc. of paint, resin parts, upholstery, etc.)
2-year warranty: Functions (sliding mechanism of cabinets, locking mechanism of doors, up/down/swivel/locking mechanism of chairs, casters, etc.)
3-year warranty: Structural components (deformation, cracking, damage to the main material, structural components of the chair seat, backrest, legs, etc.)
*The warranty period for equipment varies depending on the type and model, so please consult with our sales representative or the dealer where you purchased the equipment. The above warranty period is set assuming use in a typical office under normal business conditions, and does not apply to 24-hour, year-round operations or similarly harsh use (fire departments, police departments, railways, monitoring rooms and security offices in various industries, newspapers, TV stations, student dormitories, hospitals, etc.).
*Even if within the warranty period, a fee will be charged in the following cases.
- Failure or damage caused by not using the product in accordance with the instruction manual or attached labels, etc.
- Malfunction or damage of used products, products transferred from third parties, or products for resale.
- Failure or damage due to use or storage in abnormal environments (high temperature, high humidity, etc.)
- Differences in texture such as color tone and luster in natural materials (wood, leather, etc.).
