ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) has undergone a major renovation of its Kyobashi office, which is the main base for its development department, and opened the lab and working showroom "CILK" on Thursday, February 8th. Going forward, the company will strengthen collaboration between departments at the headquarters and with external partners, accelerating the creation of new innovations.

Since relocating our office in Nihonbashi in 2018, our company's Nihonbashi office, ITOKI TOKYO XORK Masu. As part of our human capital investment, we have also carried out large-scale renovations at the Kyobashi office, where the development department is primarily based, and have fundamentally changed the way we work to improve engagement, further improve productivity, and increase sales. The concept of the new Kyobashi office "CILK" is "Co-Innovation Lab. Kyobashi". Based on our company's strength of "Tech x Design," we designed it as a "free and creative lab and working showroom where we can create our own." By not only collaborating in the fields of planning, design, design, quality assurance, procurement, and digital transformation (DX), but also accelerating open innovation with external partners, we will function as a new value creation base. I'm coming. Furthermore, we will be able to quickly experience new concepts, prototypes, and products in-house, and as a working showroom, developers will be able to hear directly from customers, leading to development that captures customer needs in real time.

The new Kyobashi office "CILK" is designed with a mix of three elements: "Area & Space," "Furniture/Solutions," and "Office Data."
The four areas of ``Working Space,'' ``Focus Area,'' ``Lab Area,'' and ``Flexible Lounge'' are centered around the office furniture brand ``Common common furniture,'' which was re-edited with the supervision of Naruse Inokuma Architects. Designed for. By composing the same brand with a neutral, streamlined form and a variety of options and colorings, we have designed it into a free and creative space where we can create our own. We will also have a closed booth called ``Adsel'' and a box-shaped sofa called ``Sound sofa'' that prevents sound from leaking into the surrounding area even in open spaces, allowing for smooth communication across locations.

Furthermore, we have introduced ``Workers Trail,'' a location information service that utilizes IoT sensors, and Performance Trail,'' a cloud-based survey system that analyzes the performance of individuals and organizations. We comprehensively analyze workers location information, location reservation status, temperature and humidity data, etc. collected through "Workers Trail," as well as the mental and physical conditions and performance data of individuals and organizations collected through "Performance Trail," and Reviewed and improved the office.
