ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) is pleased to announce that on August 1, 2024, it was certified as a "DX Certified Business" under the DX Certification System established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The company received this certification in recognition of its efforts, including its medium-term management plan and business strategies and systems for promoting DX, which meet the certification criteria based on METI's DX promotion indicators, as well as its appropriate disclosure of information to stakeholders.

The DX Certification System is a certification system based on the Act on Promotion of Information Processing. The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry certifies companies that meet the basic requirements of the Digital Governance Code, which summarizes the responses required of managers in light of social changes brought about by digital technology, and that are deemed to be "DX-Ready."
