With the rapid expansion of work remotely and an increase in web conferences in offices due to the COVID-19 pandemic, facilities are also shifting from large rooms where multiple people gather to smaller rooms for use by a small number of people. However, web conferences in open spaces have caused problems such as sound spreading to the surrounding area and disrupting the work of other workers. In response to these changes in the work environment, ITOKI has been striving to improve the comfort of the sound environment in open spaces.

Sound Parasol combines a table, speakers, microphone, web camera, and display (variations available), so you can start a meeting by simply connecting USB and HDMI (standard type only) to your PC.
Overhead directional speakers control sound within the optimal range and reduce noise leakage, allowing you to comfortably hold web conferences with remote participants in an open space without disturbing people around you. You can do it without any problems. On the other hand, even if the surrounding sounds are noisy, the directional speakers allow you to clearly hear the voice of the remote party. Additionally, remote participants were also stressed by the fact that it was difficult to hear voices coming from the office due to surrounding noise, but this product uses a microphone in the center of the desk that has a range-limiting function to pick up participants' voices. This allows remote participants to clearly hear the voices of office participants.
