ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiro Hirai) has developed a cloud-based survey system called "Performance Performance Trail" that not only visualizes the performance of individuals and organizations using a unique logic, but also identifies issues and their causes, and presents clear improvement measures that can be used from a field perspective.

In recent years, we have received many inquiries from corporate representatives regarding the performance and condition of their organizations. While corporate policies and measures such as work style reform and health management are progressing, it appears that the issues still remain unresolved in the workplace.

Therefore, ITOKI has developed a new survey system called Performance Trail, which allows workers to voluntarily design work styles that allow them to perform at their best, with the aim of creating vibrant organizations and societies where both individual workers and organizations can perform to their full potential.

Trail = The trajectory of workers 's work style. It is a cloud-based survey service that finds "clues" that lead to issues and productivity improvement from the trajectory and presents clear improvement measures that can be used in the field.

Utilizing existing surveys that leverage Itoki's knowledge and know-how about work styles, we built a survey that incorporates questions tailored to social backgrounds such as telework, company systems, and culture. Scores are calculated using a unique performance model.

A wide range of conditions can be grasped, including not only organizational conditions (social capital) and mental conditions (work engagement and stress), but also physical conditions.

Feedback is not limited to systems and work-related intervention measures that the organization would like to improve, but also advice on work styles and lifestyle habits that individuals can voluntarily devise.

In addition to the company-wide score, it is possible to not only perform scoring according to basic attributes such as gender and age, but also additional attributes set independently for each customer, as well as compare with national scores by arbitrarily selected company size.
