About Itoki
When was the company established?
ITOKI was founded in Osaka in 1890 (Meiji 23) as Itoki Shoten. In 1950, the manufacturing department was spun off as Itoki Kosakusho Co., Ltd. Since then, the two companies have worked closely together to develop business, with ITOKI Crebio Co., Ltd. in charge of manufacturing and ITOKI CORPORATION, Ltd. in charge of sales, focusing on office equipment and steel furniture. In 2005, in order to build a stronger management structure for the sustainable development of ITOKI, ITOKI CORPORATION and ITOKI CORPORATION merged, starting a new history of integrating manufacturing and sales. The new ITOKI will continue to create "value" appropriate for the new era and propose it to users and the market, while inheriting the good traditions and strengths of both companies, thereby contributing to society and achieving profitable growth.
