Is a showroom reservation necessary?
Our showroom operates by appointment only, so please be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to visit.
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online through the ITOKI official website or by phone.
Are all the products listed in the catalogue on display?
Unfortunately, not all products are on display. Please contact us by phone to inquire about the items currently available for viewing.
Is there anything I need to prepare before going to the showroom?
To ensure a smoother consultation, please bring along floor plans, details of the products you are considering, and any quotes you have already submitted.
If I visit your showroom, will I be able to receive a physical catalogue and fabric samples?
Yes. We have catalogs and samples available at our showroom.
How long does it take to tour the entire showroom?
It depends on the type and size of the property, but on average it takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Can you give me an estimate?
We will introduce you to a sales representative or dealer and provide you with a quote.
At the showroom, we will provide you with the list price.
Can you recommend a store?
We will introduce you to a nearby retailer at a later date.
Can I visit in a wheelchair?
You can visit us. If you contact the showroom in advance, we will provide you with information on how to enter the building.
Is there a parking lot?
Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking lot. Please use a nearby paid parking lot.
How do I purchase products after visiting the showroom?
After viewing our products at our showroom, if there is something you would like to purchase, please ask our staff and we will introduce you to the nearest store.
We recommend that individual customers purchase online.
Can I purchase products at the showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not sell products directly at our showrooms.
