■The new headquarters will be named "THE DALTON NODE"
"THE DALTON NODE" is a co-creation hub that connects people, technology, and knowledge.
"NODE" means "node" or "connection point." This name reflects our desire to create a space where the technology and knowledge we have cultivated can intersect with the ideas of our customers and partners, leading to new achievements.
Since our founding, we have supported research and development and manufacturing sites through our research facilities, powder processing machinery, cleanroom equipment, and semiconductor equipment businesses. Currently, these sites are required to address increasingly complex challenges, labor shortages, interdepartmental collaboration, and the utilization of digital technologies.
Starting with "THE DALTON NODE," we will accelerate cross-departmental collaboration and partnerships with our customers and partners, evolving into a company that not only provides products and equipment but also co-creates results.
■ Three transformations realized with "THE DALTON NODE"
1. A work style utilizing ABW and AI
We will introduce Activity-Based Working (ABW), a work style where employees choose their workspace according to the nature and purpose of their work, and utilize AI to support daily operations. We will create an environment where employees can collaborate across departments and take on new challenges, and use the knowledge gained here to propose improvements to research facilities and production environments.
2. Integration of knowledge across businesses and organizations
Experts from various business areas, including research facilities, powder processing machinery, cleanroom equipment, and semiconductor equipment, come together to share knowledge across departments. By combining this with the expertise of the ITOKI Group and its partners, we enhance our ability to propose solutions that address our customers' complex challenges.
3. Value creation through co-creation with customers
We will utilize "THE DALTON NODE" as a co-creation hub where customers can experience new possibilities for environments, facilities, and workplaces that support research and development and production, and where we can jointly explore ideas for solving challenges. We will leverage the space creation, technology utilization, and co-creation processes cultivated here in our proposals, and support our customers in achieving results.
■Corporate logo refreshed to symbolize transformation
To coincide with the relocation of our headquarters, we have revamped our corporate logo for the first time in approximately 40 years. The new logo represents our commitment to overcoming challenges and moving forward into the future, while inheriting the trust we have cultivated since our founding.
The italicized letters, which evoke a sense of forward movement, and the upward-extending lines of the "L" and "T" embody our will for transformation, our ability to tackle unknown challenges, and our power to forge optimal solutions through technology. Our corporate color, blue, represents the integrity and technical expertise we have cultivated over the years.
We position our new headquarters, "THE DALTON NODE," as a hub for practical transformation, and our new logo as a symbol of that commitment, accelerating our evolution into a company that creates new value together with our customers.
