ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) will be exhibiting at the "Workplace Reform EXPO," which will be held within the "26th General Affairs, Human Resources, and Accounting Week [Tokyo | September]," Japan's largest exhibition for back-office operations, at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, September 16th to Friday, September 18th, 2026.

At our booth, we will showcase a range of Office 3.0 solutions promoted by ITOKI, which utilize data and AI to support office operations. The main focus is "Reserve Any," a meeting room reservation system that solves the problem of meeting room shortages the more you use it. It maximizes the utilization rate of limited office resources such as meeting rooms, private booths, and seats, and uses AI to support the challenges of reservation and coordination effort and space shortages.

We will also be exhibiting a prototype of "ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES," a device solution that acquires real-world usage data of office spaces and enables advanced operations using AI.

This device uses motion sensors installed on furniture such as desks and chairs to monitor reservation information and actual usage. It connects to meeting room reservation systems and groupware such as "Reserve Any," and when it detects the possibility of an "empty reservation," it prompts users to release the reservation with a message and also supports automatic cancellation. Based on verification of reservation status in our office, it helps create an environment where users who need a reservation can easily make a reservation by releasing empty reservations early.

ITOKI's initiative to enhance office operations and improve the employee experience by acquiring real-time data on office space usage using sensors and using AI for analysis and optimization will be showcased through actual equipment displays and demonstrations.
