Itoki to exhibit at "The 25th General Affairs, Human Resources, and Accounting Week [Tokyo | June]," Japan's largest exhibition for back-office equipment.
We will be exhibiting for the first time "ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES," a new device solution that collects office sensing data and enables advanced office management using AI.
ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) will be exhibiting at the "Workplace Reform EXPO," which will be held within the "25th General Affairs, Human Resources, and Accounting Week [Tokyo | June]," Japan's largest exhibition for back-office operations, at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, June 17th to Friday, June 19th, 2026.

This exhibition showcases ITOKI's Office 3.0 solutions, which support data-driven office operations. The centerpiece is "Reserve Any," a meeting room reservation system that solves meeting room shortages the more you use it. It maximizes the utilization rate of limited office resources such as meeting rooms, private booths, and seats, and uses AI to support the streamlining of reservation and scheduling processes, as well as addressing space shortages.
Furthermore, we will be exhibiting for the first time a prototype of "ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES," a device solution that uses AI to acquire real-world usage data of office spaces and enables advanced operations. By acquiring real-time usage data of office spaces using sensors and connecting it to AI-driven analysis and optimization, we propose advanced office operations and an improved experience for employees.
At our booth, in addition to "Reserve Any" and "ITOKI OFFICE DEVICES," we will also be showcasing our office data analysis service "Data Trekking," location information service "Workers Trail," and organizational survey service "Condition Lens." Through live demonstrations and product displays, we will introduce ITOKI's efforts to visualize actual office usage and connect it to data-driven office construction and operation.
