ITOKI launches new owned media "ITOKI STORY" to provide tips on work styles, careers, and organizational development to all business people facing the challenge of "work"

ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) has launched "ITOKI STORY," an owned media on its corporate information website, to provide tips for updating work styles, careers, and organizational development for all business people who are involved in "work."
This media will provide a real introduction to the voices and thoughts of employees, the background to product and space development, the ingenuity used to promote projects, team collaboration and culture, and more, delivering perspectives and learnings that can be applied to the work of various business people.
The thoughts behind the launch of "ITOKI STORY"
As working styles become more diverse and the way organizations and individuals function is being called into question, we will focus on a variety of "working people" and carefully delve into their thoughts and approaches to work, the trial and error they go through in teams and projects, and the ingenuity they put into product development, and present these stories.
