ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a "Sports Yell Company 2025" by the Japan Sports Agency as a company that is implementing initiatives to support and promote sports activities among employees. This marks the eighth consecutive year that the company has been certified, and it has been awarded the "Silver Certification" following last year.

The Japan Sports Agency certifies companies that actively promote sports activities to improve the health of their employees as "Sports Yell Companies," with the aim of encouraging sports participation among the "prime working generation" and fostering social momentum toward sports.
Companies that have been certified as a "Sports Yell Company" 7 to 9 times in total are eligible for Silver certification, and our company received Silver certification for the second year in a row. Of the 1,491 "Sports Yell Company" certified companies, 131 were given the Silver certification.

Itoki regards the mental and physical health of employees as an important management issue, and in order to further promote strategic health management, it established the "Health Management Declaration" in February 2017. In order to further accelerate activities related to employee health, the "Health Management Promotion Committee," which is made up of departments in charge of health within the company across the organization, is chaired by the President and CEO and continues to implement various activities and initiatives to ensure that employees are physically and mentally healthy and work safely.

Having received this Silver certification as a "Sports Yell Company 2025," we will continue to promote the health of each and every employee while, as a health-promoting company, proposing workplaces where our customers can work in a healthy manner and aiming to realize a society in which workers can work in a healthy manner.
