ITOKI has carried out a large-scale renovation of one floor of its head office and showroom, "ITOKI TOKYO XORK," and reopened it on Thursday, November 7th under the new name "ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE." The head office and showroom allows visitors to see how employees from the corporate, sales, and spatial design departments actually work, and welcomes guests from Japan and abroad as a place We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style."

The new hub represents the future of work, with a space designed to satisfy people's five senses and make them want to work

The concept of the 11th floor of "ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE" is "activity x comfort x mobility."

The work terrace area that continues from the entrance uses exterior materials to eliminate the barrier with the outside, making it an open space that anyone can easily enter. We are conscious of creating a place that welcomes visitors and new ideas, as well as incorporating nature and expanding the diversity of work styles.

The work area is equipped with all the necessary office facilities, so it is not just a place to "work," but a space that satisfies the five senses of the people who work there and makes them "want to work." Based on the background that Itoki has repeatedly tried and tested in the past and that a comfortable office environment leads to employee satisfaction, lower turnover rates, and successful recruitment activities, the company has renovated the impersonal feel of conventional offices through spatial design, presenting a completely new image of an office that pursues comfort.

In the face of diversifying work styles, each company has its own ideal office. Rather than presenting a single solution to its customers, ITOKI places emphasis on the office creation process and designs new work styles together with its customers. "ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE" will be the base from which this idea originates, and will continue to draw the future of work styles.
