ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) has been certified as a "2023 Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category (White 500))" jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi. This is the first time that a company operating in the office furniture business has been certified for seven consecutive years.

ITOKI considers the physical and mental health of its employees to be an important management issue, and in order to further promote strategic health management, it established the Health Management Declaration in February 2017. In order to further accelerate activities related to employee health, we have established the Health Management Promotion Committee, which is made up of the departments in charge of health within the company. The committee is chaired by the president and representative director, and currently continues to carry out various activities and initiatives to help employees work in a healthier manner.

Additionally, in XORK 2022, the headquarters office “ITOKI TOKYO XORK We received the highest rank (S rank) under the Office Certification System (CASBEE-SWO Certification) jointly with the Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building Management Association and Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. Through a tour of our working showroom, XORK, we are working to promote the health of society as a whole by informing customers about ITOKI's initiatives and the effectiveness and importance of our health initiatives.

Having been certified as a Health and Productivity Management Organization 2023 (White 500) for the seventh consecutive year, we are working to further improve the health of each and every employee, and at the same time, as a health-promoting company, provide a workplace where customers can work in a healthy manner.
