Itoki selected as “Tokyo Sports Promotion Model Company for 2021”

ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato; hereinafter referred to as "ITOKI") has been selected as a "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Model Company for FY2021." The Tokyo Sports Promotion Company Certification System is a system in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that promote employee sports activities and conduct social activities in the sports field. A company that is undertaking a certain initiative is selected as a model company. In fiscal year 2021, nine companies, including ITOKI, were selected as model companies out of 333 companies certified as sports promotion companies.

ITOKI considers the physical and mental health of its employees to be an important management issue, and in order to further promote strategic health management, it established the Health Management Declaration in February 2017. In order to further accelerate activities related to employee health, we established the Health Management Promotion Committee, a cross-organizational organization comprised of in-house health-related departments. We continue to carry out various activities and initiatives to help our employees work in a healthier manner.

Additionally, in XORK 2019, the new headquarters office “ITOKI TOKYO XORK WELL Building Standard™* Gold (interior) certification. Through a tour of our working showroom, XORK, we are working to promote the health of society as a whole by informing customers about ITOKI's initiatives and the effectiveness and importance of our health initiatives.
