Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building received “CASBEE-Smart Wellness Office Certification” with “Highest Rank S” and highest score ever (96.6 points)

Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building's excellent energy-saving and BCP performance and operational management system, Itoki's working environment and health programs such as mindfulness, and facilities in the common areas of the building, including the health and exercise promotion facility "mot." etc. were highly evaluated. This certification applies to the ITOKI office area (11th to 13th floors) and common areas of this building, but we aim to improve the health and comfort of the office beyond the boundaries of private areas and shared areas. , which led to this joint acquisition. We have introduced a control device that boasts the world's highest level of vibration control efficiency, ensuring structural safety against earthquakes with a seismic intensity 7 class (1.5 times the level of seismic waves required by the Building Standards Act). Business continuity is also ensured by supplying power in the event of a disaster using a dual-fuel emergency generator that uses both city gas as fuel.
