"CASBEE-SW0 Certification" certifies the comprehensive evaluation of the building, including hard and soft efforts related to the health and comfort of people working in office buildings, as well as the building's environmental performance.

Nihonbashi Takashimaya Mitsui Building's excellent energy-saving and BCP performance and operational management system, Itoki's working environment and health programs such as mindfulness, and facilities in the common areas of the building, including the health and exercise promotion facility "mot." etc. were highly evaluated. This certification applies to the ITOKI office area (11th to 13th floors) and common areas of this building, but we aim to improve the health and comfort of the office beyond the boundaries of private areas and shared areas. , which led to this joint acquisition. We have reduced the solar heat load by installing low-e glass and fins on the exterior aluminum curtain wall, and at the same time, we have adopted LED lighting and an automatic dimming control system to save power. In addition, we have installed rainwater storage tanks and used rainwater to flush toilets, reducing water consumption.
