ITOKI CORPORATION (headquarters: Joto-ku, Osaka City / President and CEO: Yoshiro Hirai, hereinafter "ITOKI") and Interoffice Corporation (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo / President and CEO: Naoki Terada, hereinafter "Interoffice") have agreed to establish a new joint venture, Knoll Japan Co., Ltd. (English name: Knoll Japan Inc., hereinafter "Knoll Japan"), with cooperation from Knoll Inc. of the United States (headquarters: East Greenville, Pennsylvania, USA / CEO: Andrew B. Cogan, hereinafter "Knoll"), and the company will begin operations on July 1st.

Knoll is a world-renowned American furniture manufacturer that operates mainly in three categories: "Knoll Studio," which focuses on collections by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, Eero Saarinen, Harry Bertoia, and others; "Knoll Office," which provides comfortable and innovative office environments with products such as Antenna and Rockwell; and "Knoll Textiles," which continues to provide functional and innovative modern designs.

The new joint venture, Knoll Japan, will utilize the management resources of both Itoki and Interoffice to develop and expand Knoll's brand and products in a wide range of settings, including offices, public facilities, and residential facilities across Japan.
