Shareholder return policy/dividends

About dividend policy

The Company recognizes profit distribution as one of its key management policies, and after comprehensively and long-term consideration of the company's earnings status, internal reserves, future business development, etc. Our basic policy is to pay dividends continuously and stably, and to pay a year-end dividend once a year.

Regarding future distributions, we will aim for management that puts even more emphasis on shareholders, and in addition to our conventional stable dividends, we will take into account consolidated business results and implement a dividend policy aiming for a payout ratio of 40%. Furthermore, in order to improve corporate value, we will utilize internal reserves efficiently, mainly for strategic investments in research and development and growth fields that are essential for future growth.
