Dalton to relocate headquarters to Toyosu, teaser video released

We're sharing a video about our evolution into a "LAB-WORK Integrator" that transforms research and development environments and work styles.

ITOKI CORPORATION Dalton Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato), a group company of [Company Name] (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: [Name]), announces that it will relocate its headquarters to “Toyosu Sail Park” in Toyosu, Koto-ku, Tokyo, in late October 2026.Ahead of the relocation, the company released a teaser video today that illustrates how it will co-create new value with its research and manufacturing sites from its new headquarters.

This video expresses the new value that Dalton will provide to its customers from its new headquarters, based on the understanding that in an era where the use of AI and data expands the possibilities of research, there is a need for a research and development environment that can unleash the creativity that only humans can produce.

For 87 years, Dalton has been close to laboratories and manufacturing sites, supporting our customers' research and development by providing research equipment and facilities. Meanwhile, in Japan, in addition to a declining population and intensifying international competition, there is ongoing discussion throughout the country about strengthening research capabilities. In the field of research and development, the importance of securing excellent research personnel, fostering creativity, promoting cross-organizational communication, and creating an environment that leads to innovation is increasing.

To meet these societal demands, Dalton is redefining the laboratory not merely as a physical facility space, but as a place that enhances researchers' creativity and productivity. Moving forward, by combining Dalton's laboratory design technology with Itoki's expertise in workplace construction, we will contribute to transforming Japan's research and development (R&D) environment as a "LAB-WORK integrator" that connects research, space, work styles, and data.

This relocation of our headquarters is positioned as the creation of a new core base to embody the value we provide. The new office will be renovated as a working showroom where visitors can experience a new research and development environment that integrates labs and workplaces, and is scheduled to have its grand opening in late January 2027.
