Itoki wins the Grand Prix at "Forbes JAPAN NEW SALES OF THE YEAR 2026"
ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) has been awarded the Grand Prix, the highest prize, at the "Forbes JAPAN NEW SALES OF THE YEAR 2026" awards, which recognize companies that serve as models for next-generation sales organizations.
"Forbes JAPAN NEW SALES OF THE YEAR 2026" Awards Ceremony
This award recognizes companies that flexibly adapt to changing times and environments and implement new ways of conducting sales organizations.
With over 130 years of history, our company has been shifting from person-dependent sales to an organizational sales approach since 2021, focusing on providing value by addressing our clients' business challenges. We established a unique "NEW SALES Practice Special Zone (DX Sales Department)" that puts new graduates and young employees at the forefront. By utilizing AI for sales negotiation analysis and knowledge assets, we achieved a 15-fold increase in organizational sales within the special zone in just four years. Furthermore, despite assigning hundreds of new graduates to the department, we have achieved a retention rate of 93% and zero employees on leave due to mental health issues. Our "talent development model," which balances business growth, talent development, and well-being, has been highly praised.
We will continue to enhance our sales activities to support our customers in solving WORK-Style challenges and provide high-value-added workplaces.
