This product efficiently and space-savingly manages the hygiene of aseptic instruments and materials used in medical, research, and testing settings, contributing to improved reliability of aseptic procedures in testing, research and development, and other fields.

Hospitals, testing facilities, and pharmaceutical research institutions require the highest level of cleanliness, known as a "Grade A environment," for their workspaces. This product works by placing gloves, cleaning supplies, containers, and other items used in such spaces into the device before work begins. The device then atomizes (mistes) hydrogen peroxide, which has a strong oxidizing effect, and distributes it to decontaminate microorganisms *. Its compact size (approximately 35 cm wide, 41 cm deep, 98 cm high, and 45 kg in weight) and casters make it easy to install in limited spaces such as hospital pharmacies and testing facilities, and it can also be retrofitted to existing facilities that perform sterile work.

In hospitals and testing facilities, it is common practice to clean instruments and materials used in sterile procedures by wiping them with alcohol. However, this method relies on the operator's skill, which carries the risk of uneven wiping or missed spots, potentially leading to inaccurate test results. On the other hand, this product's decontamination method, which uses atomized hydrogen peroxide, processes the instruments and materials all at once in the same space. This reduces human intervention, allows for more uniform decontamination, and contributes to improving the reliability of sterile operations in testing, research and development, and other fields.

Furthermore, because it is a method that does not involve heating, it can decontaminate equipment regardless of whether it is heat-resistant or not.

In 2025, we launched Sterigion®, a sterile isolator that utilizes our unique technology to atomize hydrogen peroxide without heating. This product, Ohxibrid, was developed by applying this technology.
