ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) is pleased to announce that it has been selected by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a "Tokyo Sports Promotion Company for 2025." This marks the 11th consecutive year that the company has been recognized since 2015.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Sports Promotion Company Certification System is a system in which the Tokyo Metropolitan Government certifies companies that promote sports activities among their employees and contribute to society in the field of sports as "Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Promotion Companies." In fiscal year 2025 (Reiwa 7), 427 companies were certified.

ITOKI has been recognized for its ongoing efforts to promote employee health and has been certified as a "Tokyo Sports Promotion Company."

At our head office, we have created an environment where everyday actions naturally lead to an increase in the number of steps taken and improved physical activity, by installing an internal staircase that allows employees to move up and down without using the elevator, and arranging height-adjustable desks and tables.We are also actively working on measures to support the establishment of exercise habits, such as operating a "health activity reward" system and planning and implementing exercise events for employees.

Itoki regards the physical and mental health of its employees as an important management issue. As part of this, it established the "Health and Productivity Management Declaration" in February 2017 to further promote strategic health and productivity management. At the same time, it established the cross-organizational "Health and Productivity Management Promotion Committee," chaired by the President and CEO.
