ITOKI CORPORATION (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Tadashi Sawada), a group company of Dalton Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato), as announced in January 2025, has executed a merger with Dalton's wholly owned subsidiary, Fuji Powdal Corporation, as of October 1, 2025, We are pleased to inform you of the merger.

Through this merger, Dalton will establish an integrated manufacturing and sales business management structure in its powder processing machinery business, and will achieve the following:

・Reduction of cash outflows from outside the Group by expanding in-house production
・Strengthening customer response and product development capabilities through integration of production and sales
・Maximizing business operational efficiency and securing excellent human resources

Furthermore, in order to deliver next-generation products to customers, including the new "HUGO" series, which was launched on July 9, 2025, which integrates powder processing equipment and containment equipment, we will further enhance our technical capabilities and responsiveness through an integrated manufacturing and sales operation, and work to solve the diverse challenges our customers face.
