ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Tadashi Sawada), a group company of Dalton Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato), will exhibit at INTERPHEX JAPAN 2025, an international trade show where technologies related to pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing will be showcased, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from July 9 (Wed) to 11 (Fri), 2025. Dalton will exhibit at "INTERPHEX JAPAN 2025," an international exhibition where pharmaceutical and cosmetics manufacturing technologies will be showcased. Dalton's Powder Machinery and Clean Machinery businesses will each have their own booths at this year's event, where visitors will be able to experience the strengths of each business through exhibits and demonstrations of actual equipment.
In addition, Dalton's Powder Machinery and Clean Machinery businesses will each unveil new products. Both of these products are equipped with the latest technologies that contribute to solving problems in the industry.

The Powder Machinery Business booth will be located in the Raw Materials Processing Zone, and will display the HUGO containment pulverizer HA-5 model, which will be exhibited for the first time, the DOME-EX continuous granulator system, and a mixer and NIR-based real-time mixing degree measurement system. The HA-5 containment pulverizer achieves a high level of containment as a powder machine alone.
The DOME-EX system is a device that processes each batch processing process of precision mixing, kneading, granulation, and drying in one step. It has excellent content uniformity and long-lasting quality, and is the ideal PAT tool for continuous production. It also has a lubrication mixer required before tableting.
We will also have many other actual machines on display, and you can consult with our expert staff during demonstrations.

・[New product] Containment equipment series HUGO containment crusher (unveiled for the first time)
We will be unveiling a new type of crusher that combines containment performance and ease of use, even for highly pharmacologically active drugs. Details will be announced on the day of the exhibition.

・Continuous granulation system DOME-EX
Continuous granulation system solves quality and efficiency issues. DOME-EX continuously produces granules for tableting, processing ideal granules in one step. Multi-purpose production, excellent adaptability to various physical properties, realizing high quality tablets. Low cost and high yield, compression of production costs is possible.

The Clean Equipment Business booth will be exhibited in the Sterilization and Cleanliness Zone, where we will display various products that create sterile, clean, and contained environments. You can see a variety of products that can propose DX in research, development, and manufacturing, which is becoming increasingly widespread in the pharmaceutical industry these days, including a sterile isolator equipped with our unique built-in decontamination system. In the DX area, we will introduce examples of automating the weighing process during 3D operation using a robot equipped with a 6-axis force sensor, and automating the dispensing process of liquid culture medium and cell suspension.

・[New product] Sterile isolator Sterigion(R)
We will be showcasing a new type of isolator that meets the diverse needs of research and development and small-lot production, such as sterility testing and cell culture. Equipped with a decontamination system based on Dalton's unique technology, it achieves further efficiency and compactness. More details can be found at the exhibition venue.

・Dynamic weight measurement system by ZYXer(R)
We will demonstrate weight measurement during 3D movement using a robot equipped with a high-precision "6-axis force sensor ZYXer(R)". Automating the weighing process in a sterile, clean environment reduces manpower, optimizing human resources. This time, we will be exhibiting a robot (manufactured by Stäubli Ltd.) equipped with the "6-axis force sensor ZYXer(R)" (manufactured by Sintokogio Co., Ltd.) set up inside Dalton's RABS.
