Itoki receives highest ranking in the "D&I Award 2025" as a "Best Workplace" for the fourth consecutive year
ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) has been recognized as a "Best Workplace"*1, the highest rating, in the D&I AWARD 2025, Japan's largest awards program for recognizing companies working toward diversity and inclusion, sponsored by JobRainbow Inc. This marks the fourth consecutive year that the company has been recognized.
What is D&I AWARD?
This is Japan's largest award recognizing companies working on diversity and inclusion. Based on a diversity score of 100 items consisting of five perspectives - "gender," "LGBTQ+," "disability," "multicultural coexistence," and "childcare/elderly care," certification is awarded in three levels: Beginner (certified score 1-20 points), Standard (certified score 21-60 points), Advanced (certified score 61-80 points), and Best Workplace (certified score 81-100 points).

This is a D&I pioneering company that is working to promote D&I at a high level not only in Japan but also globally, and not only fosters a D&I corporate culture, but each employee is proactively working as an individual to promote D&I. The D&I philosophy is reflected in all aspects of services, business, and corporate organization, and is spreading outside the company as well.
