Dalton to exhibit at Japan's largest agricultural and livestock exhibition, "Agriculture WEEK 2024 (commonly known as J-AGRI)"
Actual machines such as disc pelletizers and marumerizers will be on display, and delivery examples will be introduced and demonstrations will be conducted.
ITOKI CORPORATION (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoichi Odate), a group company of Dalton Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato), will exhibit at Agriculture Week 2024 (commonly known as J-AGRI), the largest agricultural and livestock exhibition in Japan and Asia, to be held from October 9 (Wed) to 11 (Fri), 2024, at Makuhari Messe. Dalton's Powder Machinery Division will be exhibiting at the event. Visitors can experience pellet composting solutions provided by Dalton's Powder Machinery Division through exhibits of actual equipment, demonstrations, and case studies.
Dalton's powder machinery division provides pellet compost solutions that can create pellets in sizes and shapes ranging from 30mm to as small as 3mm, to meet a variety of needs and concerns. Pelletization can help resolve issues such as the effective use of livestock manure, which is difficult to dispose of, and the improved storage and transportability of fertilizer and compost.
The 3mm pellets made using Dalton's unique extrusion granulator are a size that is easy to use with existing spraying equipment, and can also be rounded using a granulator. The pellets are easy to spread evenly and do not easily clog, making them a versatile shape that is also suitable for smart agriculture, such as spraying with drones and the latest equipment.
At this exhibition, we will be exhibiting actual extrusion granulators and granulators, and you will be able to consult with our expert staff during demonstrations.

We can meet various needs, such as pelletizing fertilizer and feed, reducing and solidifying various waste processes, and pelletizing wood chips and wood waste for resource recycling. By changing the specifications of the die, the diameter of the cylinder can be changed from φ2 to 30 mm. It has excellent strength and durability, and has achieved high-efficiency processing and a long life.

・Marumerizer: Spherical pelletizer
This is a spherical granulator that uses a high-speed rolling method, and it plays two roles: to make granules uniform in length and to make them spherical. It can produce spherical granules with diameters of φ1 to 10 mm in either batch or continuous mode. It has a short processing time, high performance, and can produce spherical granules with a good yield.
