Aiming to create an office that fosters connections beyond boundaries
The design concept is "CROSSOVER." Based on the new normal office concept for 2030 that was formulated during the Okayama Headquarters Expansion Project, the company has taken on the challenge of creating an office that also appeals to sustainability, while inheriting the concept of well-being and allowing teams to choose where to work based on their activities. The company also communicates that it is an environmentally conscious company, starting from the construction of its offices, by utilizing existing offices, reducing waste by using upcycled materials from discarded clothing, and adopting a wide range of natural and recycled materials.

This is a design gallery site that opened in December 2023 and explains cutting-edge examples of spatial design created by our company from a designer's perspective. As human capital management that increases corporate value is attracting attention, reviewing the working environment is being cited as one of the effective measures to improve employee productivity and engagement. With the theme of "Realize," this site offers a variety of hints for those considering office renewal to create an "office that embodies our management philosophy" or "an office you'll want to visit."
