ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) released the new Salida YL7R model for working from home on Tuesday, November 26th, as part of its ITOKI HOME brand, which provides lifestyle updates to fit in with everyday life.
This full-spec model has upgraded functionality compared to conventional work chairs, and can be adjusted to suit your body type and the situation. The simple and stylish design blends in well with any interior, making it ideal for long hours of work. The price is 29,900 yen (tax included). The Salida YL7R is packed with features and is also designed with a focus on style. It was developed as an upgraded model of the popular Salida YL7, with even more functionality and design.
The problem of "not being able to get your head in the right position" when sitting can be solved with a highly functional headrest that can be adjusted in height and angle on three axes. It also comes with a full range of other features that can be adjusted in multiple stages, such as synchronous rocking and armrests, so it can be sat in comfortably by people of all builds.
The design is simple, with calm colors and textures that blend in well with any interior. The back of the chair has a handle, which is a stain-resistant measure that allows you to move the chair without touching the upholstery directly, and the casters are made of urethane material that does not scratch the floor, and various other features have been incorporated to ensure that the chair can be used for a long time.

Highly functional headrest with height adjustment and two movable positions
(1) 9-level (maximum 19 cm) height adjustment + 2-position swivel adjustment: (2) Maximum adjustment angle of 71 degrees, (3) Maximum adjustment angle of 107 degrees. Adjust the height and angle of the headrest to your preferred position according to your body type to gently support your head.

3D armrests to reduce shoulder strain
The 3D armrest can be adjusted to your preferred height (1) up and down in 7 steps (1cm pitch, maximum 7cm), (2) left and right elbow angle up to 36 degrees (inward 18 degrees/outward 18 degrees), and (3) forward and backward (5cm/10 steps) to reduce strain on your shoulders. The surface that comes into contact with your elbow is made of soft urethane material.

Movable lumbar support that is gentle on your back
The lumbar support can be adjusted in 5 steps (4cm range) to suit your body type. It fits the S-shaped curve of the spine and reduces the burden on the lower back.

Height and depth adjustable seat
The seat depth can be adjusted by 5.5cm (6 levels), and the seat height can be adjusted between 43cm and 53cm. You can choose the height that is most comfortable for you depending on your usage situation and physique.

Synchronized locking with 4 levels of adjustment
The seat employs a comfortable synchronous rocking mechanism that allows the rear of the seat to sink in in sync with the back. The rocking angle is a maximum of 26 degrees. It can be adjusted in four stages (102 degrees, 111 degrees, 120 degrees, 128 degrees) from the initial position of 102 degrees, which is suitable for concentrated work, to a relaxed posture of 128 degrees.

Comfortable seating and upholstery materials
The seat is made of 5.3cm thick molded urethane material, which is highly elastic and durable, and does not easily lose its shape. The backrest is made of a double layer of mesh fabric (underside) with excellent breathability and elasticity, and fabric (surface) with a nice texture. It is breathable, elastic, and comfortable to sit on.

Measures to prevent dirt when moving chairs
The center of the backrest is a handle, and since you do not directly touch the fabric of the backrest when moving the chair, the fabric is less likely to get dirty. It combines a simple design with stain-resistant measures.

Dual-wheel casters that won't scratch floors
The wheels are wrapped in flexible urethane material, making them less likely to scratch flooring.
