Accelerate communication in the conference room with a minimalist design wall-mounted stand that looks like a large display is mounted on the wall
ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) will release the "Display Stand WM" on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. This wall-mounted display stand is compatible with online communication and allows you to easily and beautifully set up your conference room.
Development background
Displays have become indispensable in conference rooms. The quality of meetings and communication has improved with larger display devices and the evolution of web communication tools. Bright, high-definition displays also offer much more freedom in terms of installation location than projectors. Meanwhile, from the perspective of spatial design, new needs have emerged to achieve both comfort and functionality in conference rooms by making inorganic hardware and cumbersome cables blend in with the interior.
Therefore, ITOKI has developed the "Display Stand WM," a highly designed wall-mounted display stand that does not require wall-mounting construction work and can be installed simply and beautifully by simply placing it, taking into consideration everything from the installation of peripheral devices to cable management.
Features of Display Stand WM
(1) A minimalist wall-mounted design that fits in with any style of conference room
The stand body, consisting of a simply shaped base and a thin 66mm square column, supports the display lightly as if it is floating. You can create an environment where participants can focus on the content of the display, from a rich and tense formal meeting room like an executive office to a casual area perfect for brainstorming and casual meetings.
By matching the color of the wall and the stand itself, the stand is less noticeable and more integrated with the interior. By neatly storing equipment and wiring for online meetings behind the display inside the stand, the beauty of the room is maintained even in glass-walled conference rooms.
(2) Full range of basic functions required for a conference room, with a wide range of options to accommodate a variety of conference room types
The equipment storage behind the display can store system equipment and tools such as a mini PC essential for online meetings, and allows easy access when updating equipment or changing wiring. By removing the base cover and support column cover, the power supply and HDMI cables can be routed inside the main unit, allowing for beautiful storage without exposing the wiring from the floor.
When combined with the semicircular table "Panora," which enhances unity and creativity in hybrid meetings, the web camera can be placed directly under the display, aligning the eye levels of online and in-person participants at the same height, enabling smooth communication as if the participants were meeting face-to-face.
