ITOKI invests in digital transformation support company Alsaga Partners,Inc.
Strengthening partnerships in promoting digital transformation centered on IT infrastructure renewal
ITOKI CORPORATION (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato) is pleased to announce that it has invested in Alsaga Partners Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director/CEO/CTO: Yasuaki Omata) on June 27, 2024.

Background and purpose of the investment
Currently, one of the key strategies in our medium-term management plan (FY2024-FY2026) is to "improve production and business efficiency by restructuring the group's production and supply system and revamping our internal IT infrastructure." Alsaga Partners has been supporting us in promoting projects in the digital transformation field, focusing on revamping our IT infrastructure, since 2023. Based on this connection, we have invested in the company in the hope that the partnership between our two companies will become even stronger in the future.
The main objectives of this investment are as follows:
- To upgrade IT infrastructure, including strengthening security and networks, shifting to cloud services, and utilizing AI.
- To renovate the logistics system
- To strengthen governance of our group companies
The total amount raised by Alsaga Partners through this third-party allotment, including investments from other companies, will be approximately 380 million yen. The impact of this investment on our consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020 will be minor.
