The ITOKI REUSABLE PAPER BAG is a hybrid paper bag for carrying and organizing.

ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) redesigned the paper bags currently used to deliver catalogs to customers on December 1st into the "ITOKI REUSABLE PAPER BAG," a sustainable version that can also be reused as file boxes. This adds an additional function to the bag in addition to "carrying," and by integrating the handle and the body of the bag from the same material, it is possible to improve the life cycle of paper without the need for separation.

In addition, we have set the materiality theme of ``protecting the natural environment and promoting resource circulation,'' and are promoting the creation of ``Eco-products'' in our products. In terms of environmental considerations, our previous paper bags were recyclable, but the handles were made of cotton, so they had to be separated. With this redesign, the handle and body are made of the same material, reducing the burden on the recipient while contributing to the 3Rs of reduce, reuse, and recycle.

The bag also has an emotional design that encourages reuse as a file box. The body color is a deep green that evokes the forest. With work remotely and hybrid work now taking hold*, the color tone blends well with wood-based spaces and modern spaces with gray or silver tones that create comfortable offices and homes. In addition, the matte silver corporate logo is added in a modest size to appeal to the sensibilities of customers who receive the paper bag and encourage reuse.
