Dalton holds product experience event “MAGBIT TOUR” for Labo Systems’ new brand “MAGBIT” in Tokyo and Osaka
Exhibitions of products that embody the development concept "THINK ACTION" and special lectures by experts in related fields will be held.
ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoichi Ohdate), a group company of Dalton Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato), will hold the "MAGBIT TOUR," an event where visitors can touch and experience the concept of the new MAGBIT brand of laboratory systems, which will go on sale in January 2024, pursuing ease of use and a laboratory space where researchers can work easily. The "MAGBIT TOUR" will be held in Tokyo on November 28 (Tue.) and 29 (Wed.) and in Osaka on December 13 (Wed.) and 14 (Thu.).
MAGBIT was born with the desire to create a new standard of behavior that allows researchers to actively engage in research activities with a new work style. The concept is "THINK ACTION". This brand was born from the approach of ``designing the actions of researchers.'' It is a brand born from a deep dive into the actions of researchers, which treats the discomfort lurking in the conduct of research activities as a bug (*) and solves it.
*Bugs refer to positional relationships that cause confusion, discomfort lurking in repeated actions, obstacles that come into view at critical times, inefficiencies caused by low degrees of freedom, etc.
At this event, actual machines including the flagship model of "MAGBIT" will be exhibited. This will be your first opportunity to experience the product for yourself.
Special lectures by experts in various fields will also be held during the event. MAGBIT's development process and future prospects, key points of the product from the perspective of an employee who spent his university days as a researcher, ``action design'' thinking that considers appropriate solutions by designing actions, and ``autonomous management of chemical substances.''
