ITOKI CORPORATION (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) will begin handling the Spanish furniture brand "esPattio," which is making its first appearance in Japan, from Wednesday, November 1st. Inspired by the Mediterranean atmosphere, the brand's appeal lies in its stimulating, comfortable, and contemporary design that revitalizes workspaces from a people-centered perspective. This product was very well received at ORGATEC TOKYO 2023, where we exhibited in April 2023, and we will now begin full-scale handling of the brand.

Now that hybrid working styles have become mainstream, the reasons and true value of returning to the office are being questioned, and the need for creating offices that improve office workers engagement and promote well-being is growing even more. At Itoki, we believe that bright, colorful, and relaxing Spanish Mediterranean-style furniture will contribute to fostering a positive mindset toward work and revitalizing communication, and we have now begun handling ``esPattio,'' which has arrived in Japan for the first time. Did. esPattio is a new brand developed by Forma5, a company based in Seville in southwestern Spain. In Japan, Itoki will be operating the service, and in Europe, Forma5 will be operating the service.

In Spain, the courtyard of a house is called a ``patio.'' Patios have been used in royal palaces since ancient times, and they can also be found in modern homes, and have become familiar to Spanish people as places with special feelings. esPattio is a furniture series that creates a patio-like space in the office and invites natural gatherings among office workers. It liberates humanity with a sense of openness similar to a plaza, encouraging free and active gatherings and inspiration.

esPattio We commercialize our products by utilizing the warmth, brightness, and colors that are unique to Spain in our designs. For example, "ALBERO YELLOW" was named after the color of the walls of buildings in Spain, and "AZAHAR ORANGE" was named after the history of presenting oranges from the Spanish Royal Palace to Queen Elizabeth of England. The passionate and powerful colors of the Andalucía region create a lively space and provide inspiration for your daily work and life.

We have a diverse lineup of 19 types of 7 products, including lounge chairs, sofas, tables, stools, and partitions. Each product complies with EN standards, which are European quality standards.

esPattio will be exhibiting at the Spanish Interior Products Exhibition to be held at the Spanish Embassy in Japan from Wednesday, December 13th to Friday, December 15th. In this exhibition, based on the concept of "Siesta Shift," we will propose a new way to spend time in the workplace in two scenes: Relaxation and Activation, using furniture and other interior products that have a Spanish aesthetic sensibility and a sense of fun. On the 13th (Wednesday) and 14th, domestic and international architects and interior design professionals with deep ties to Spain and workplace design are scheduled to take the stage.
