ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Takashi Takeuchi as Executive Officer and General Manager of the DX Promotion Headquarters, DX Division, effective October 1st, with the aim of strengthening its management structure and enhancing DX to improve corporate value.

Throughout our long history of over 130 years, our company has always been at the cutting edge of the times and has striven to create new value with a vigorous the Pioneering spirit. 2023 is the final year of our medium-term management plan "RISE ITOKI 2023," and we are bringing the measures we have taken so far to fruition and realizing our vision, as well as preparing for the next medium-term management plan.

Mr. Takeuchi has over 20 years of experience in enterprise SaaS at foreign companies such as Oracle Japan, and has deep knowledge and consulting skills in DX and subscription economy.
Most recently, as Vice President of Zoura Japan's Customer Success Department, he has a track record of supporting numerous customers.

With Mr. Takeuchi's participation, we will further accelerate the sophistication of our business strategy centered on DX, advance structural reforms to strengthen business profitability, and ` We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style. We will strive to solve social issues through this.
