The first theme is "Are offices in motion?" and will explore the nature of offices, which have recently become increasingly fluid.
In recent years, the environment has been changing in a way that cannot be fully accommodated with the traditional renovation span and office structure, with unpredictable events such as the shift to remote work due to the COVID work remotely 19 pandemic, the need to respond to an increasingly complex and volatile business environment, and the need for recruitment strategies and measures to prevent employee turnover amid a labor shortage.

From the third part, panelist Akiyuki Minami, Chairman of Coconara Co., Ltd., will discuss the ideal form of an office to support organizational growth, based on the knowledge gained through multiple office relocations and expansions in line with the company's development phase. We will ask for your opinions on the possibilities in a discussion format.
