After the coronavirus pandemic, work locations have become more diffuse and fluid, and hybrid work has become established. On the other hand, problems such as the weakening of the relationships between individuals and individuals and organizations and the sense of belonging to the organization are emerging, and the role of the center office is changing from a place where people gather to carry out work to a new role. There is a need to transform the place into a place that is attractive and has a variety of functions.

Itoki envisions the role of the center office in the future as ``a place specializing in experiences that can only be found here'' through real communication, and ``a place that connects individuals and organizations by fostering a sense of belonging, attachment, and mutual trust.'' We see it as a place to connect with society, where we communicate our brand identity and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

The renewal is based on the "Activity Based Working (ABW)" concept, which Itoki has been implementing since 2018, and adds a "comfort" perspective to XORK Style (workers), a comprehensive work style strategy that maximizes self-discretion and allows offices to design their own work style autonomously. The perspective of "comfort" has been added to "Zork Style", a comprehensive work style strategy in which employees design their own workstyles autonomously. By further diversifying the space, we will create a "comfortable working environment" in the office workers, thereby fostering a positive mindset and maximizing creativity.
