ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Koji Minato; hereinafter, "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kazuyoshi Nagao as Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of the Smart Office Product Development Division, effective January 1, with the aim of strengthening its management structure and further promoting product development.

Mr. Nagao has been primarily involved in product planning, product strategy, new business development, and domestic and international marketing for BtoC AV equipment at the Sony Group, and has been involved in introducing new formats and developing new markets.In addition, he has been involved in the TV business. We have a track record of transforming business strategies such as by launching the 4K market.

With Mr. Nagao's participation, we will be expanding our product development activities targeting all working environments as defined by the "ITOKI Smart Office Concept" advocated by our company.
