ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Koji Minato) will release the new SALIDA YL9A, a new addition to the SALIDA YL9 series, which has sold over 25,000 units in total, on December 22nd.
Salida YL9A is a home work chair whose backrest is made of elastomer material that is both breathable and strong. The backrest is made of elastomer material, which is also used in tire chains, and has both strength and flexibility to firmly hold your back. It also has a unique design that is different from mesh materials.
Since its release in 2019, the Salida YL9 has been well received by workers. The Salida YL9A is a model based on the Salida YL9 with changes to the locking adjustment lever, leg material, and narrowing down of some functions to make it more affordable.
The seat uses a soft cushion that is 10mm thicker than the YL9, providing a softer sitting experience.
Function introduction
1) Highly functional headrest
The headrest, which can be swiveled up and down and also adjusted in height, gently supports the head when reclining, reducing the burden of desk work.
2) Synchronized locking
Equipped with a comfortable synchronized rocking system that allows the rear of the seat to sink down in conjunction with your back.
3) Adjustable elbow that can be adjusted in 9 stages
Adjustable elbows can be adjusted in height to 9 levels.
Soft polyurethane is used on the surface where the elbows come into contact. Reduces the burden on your elbows.
4) Locking fixed lever
The backrest can be locked by pushing the lever under the seat all the way.

5) Locking adjustment knob
You can adjust the locking strength by turning the knob under the seat.
6) Elastomer material that realizes unique designs
A unique design was achieved by using an elastomer resin material for the backrest, which has the flexibility of back rubber and the ease of processing of plastic.
7) Soft molded urethane cushion
The seat is made of molded urethane that is molded to fit your body and does not lose its shape.
It uses a softer and thicker cushion than YL9.
