New color “Beige” added to the long-selling “Heart-shaped learning chair” with a total of 120,000 units shipped in the series
ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiro Hirai) is celebrating the 60th anniversary of the company's first manufacturing and sales of study desks in Japan, and will be adding a new color, "beige," to its popular "Heart-shaped Study Chair" lineup.
The Heart-Shaped Study Chair has been a popular model for 10 years since its release in 2012, and this is the first time that a new color has been added.
``Heart-shaped swivel chair'' KS3 is a learning chair with a heart-shaped backrest and sparkling accent parts in the image of a heart-shaped jewel placed in the center of the back. It is filled with a lot of know-how, not only in terms of its appearance design, but also in adjusting it to accommodate changes in its physique during the growth period, as well as creating ways to sit to suit learning.
This time, the new color "Beige" uses gold color for the accent parts on the back. It goes perfectly with the beige upholstery, and the color scheme has a cute yet elegant and mature feel.

3. Relaxed footstep
The foot step (foot rest) is wide both in depth and width, and we have developed a unique size that can firmly support children's feet. The height can be adjusted as the child grows, and it can be removed and used when it is no longer needed as the child grows.
4. Anti-slip clip (Patent No. 5458675)
This uniquely designed anti-slip clip was created in response to customer feedback that the footrest would fall down while being used. Each leg comes with 3 pieces and can be adjusted in 4 levels.
5. Child-friendly vertical adjustment function
Typical swivel chairs use gas springs designed for adults to adjust up and down, which creates a strong reaction force that makes it difficult for children to adjust. ``KS3'' uses a gas spring with adjusted reaction force so that even children can adjust it up and down.
