(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Keijiro Sekioka), Kintetsu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head office: Tennoji-ku, Osaka; President: Takahisa Kurahashi), and Daiei Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Hitoshi Ishimura).
