ITOKI CORPORATION (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Tsuyoshi Otsuki as Senior Executive Officer and Head of the Digital Transformation Promotion Division, effective January 1, with the aim of strengthening its management structure and enhancing digital transformation to increase corporate value.

Throughout our long history of over 130 years, our company has always been at the cutting edge of the times and has strived to create new value with a vigorous the Pioneering spirit. At a time when people's values and work styles have changed significantly, the working environment has changed dramatically due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the competitive environment with competitors is becoming increasingly severe, we are in the second year of our medium-term management plan "RISE ITOKI 2023." We are proceeding with further structural reforms.

Mr. Otsuki has a wealth of knowledge and experience cultivated at foreign IT companies such as Hewlett-Packard Japan and Oracle Japan, and most recently led the commercial sales division at AMD Japan as general manager.

With Mr. Otsuki's participation, we will further accelerate the sophistication of our business strategy centered on DX, advance structural reforms to strengthen business profitability, and `` We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style. We will strive to solve social issues through this.
