At the board of directors meeting held today (September 27), ITOKI CORPORATION (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo) decided that Koji Minato, former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Oracle Japan, will assume the role of Representative Director and President, replacing Yoshiro Hirai, Representative Director and President. Current President Hirai will assume the role of Special Advisor. The appointment will be formally decided at the 72nd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held in March 2022 and the board of directors meeting to be held after the meeting.
