ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiro Hirai; hereinafter referred to as "Itoki") has established a new local subsidiary, PT. Itoki Solutions Indonesia, in Jakarta, Indonesia, and began sales activities in July.

Indonesia has a population of over 260 million people and is expected to see great economic growth in the future, and we believe that it is a promising market for us, including the continued active expansion of Japanese companies. For this reason, we have been working to gather information through the local representative office of our Singapore subsidiary (Itoki Systems (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.) while forming a strategic alliance with PT. Datascrip, a leading local company, and have recently established a new local subsidiary of Itoki and begun operations in order to tackle the Indonesian market in a deeper and more detailed manner while maintaining our friendly and close partnership with Datascrip.

The Itoki Group has positioned its overseas business as one of the pillars of its 2020 mid-term management plan, and has been actively expanding its business, including the acquisition of Singapore interior design company Tarkus two years ago and the establishment of Novo Workstyle Group last year. The establishment of our company is also part of these strategies, and we expect it to be one of the bases that will drive our overseas business in the future.
