Industry's first unmanned book lending management realized "UHF tag compatible Systema Find Picker" newly released
ITOKI CORPORATION (Head office: Joto-ku, Osaka City, President: Yoshiro Hirai, hereinafter referred to as "ITOKI") has added a model compatible with UHF tags* to its automated book picking device "Systema Find Picker," and will release it in November 2017.
The Systema Find Picker is a device that enables unmanned lending and returning of books. While maintaining the concept of "a small library that is open morning and night," it is now compatible with UHF tags, the use of which has been increasing in recent years as book management tags.
In addition to the conventional "stand type" return box, we have also released a "wall-embedded type" which makes it possible to operate the return box on its own.
- UHF tag: A wireless IC tag that uses the UHF (Ultra High Frequency) band. It has been increasingly used in recent years as a book management tag.
