The Shoka Sonjuku Reverse Project, a human resource development program that was started in 2015 when Yusuke Iseya played Yoshida Shoin in the NHK historical drama "Hana Moyu", has been implemented by Reverse Project and partners who are involved in various business consulting, modeled after the Shoka Sonjuku school, which produced many "ambitious" people who brought about great social change at the end of the Edo period. We plan to hold educational training programs for students, companies, local governments, and others within 2016.

We will establish a co-creation platform to create new businesses by collaborating with the new business planning departments of various companies and sharing solutions and ideas that are based on aspirations. With the mission of "improving the working environment," we will provide the framework necessary for new business development, advice from advisors, market research, prototype creation, and other support. We will also work with the participating companies in mind to market the new businesses, products, and services created through this process.

This membership-based consortium, which enables companies to co-create new businesses that solve social issues, aims to serve as a platform for member companies to create new businesses, commercializing and monetizing these businesses (social profit businesses) while resolving social issues.

Through this educational training program and new business co-creation platform, ITOKI and Reverse Project, as well as the companies participating in the platform, will create new businesses that will lead to the resolution of social issues by 2019.
